  Warranty and Returns

Every product is checked by us before shipping. We never sell damaged or not properly working products.

If costumer buys the last product in stock and it appears to be damaged, costumer is contacted directly and being offered either for a compensation of damaged product price or to wait until the new arrival of products from our supplier.

Sometimes it happens that products are damaged during the transportation. If buyer receives a product that is damaged or not working properly, buyer must announce it within 30 days after receiving the order. Damaged item must be sent back to us and we will either provide a new item or return money if such items are out of stock.  If decision to provide a new item is made, we will compensate up to 20 Eur return shipping costs and provide a new item for free. Damaged item must be sent back to us. If decision to return money is made, we will compensate up to 20 Eur return shipping and buying costs. In any case invoice of return shipping must be provided for compensation of costs.

Additional warranty is noted in specific item’s specifications.

Warranty does not cover products if they are used against their general maintenance instructions.

Warranty for LiFePO4 batteries is not valid if they:

  • Were not properly installed, maintained and charged.
  • Were damaged externally.
  • Had their case opened.
  • Were exposed to water, fire, intense heat or freezing.
  • Were stored fully discharged for 1 month.
